Life for horror fanatic who cut up housemate's body

A MAN has been jailed for life for the murder and dismemberment of his housemate.
Marcin Majerkiewicz, 42, who police say had an obsession with gruesome horror, bludgeoned Stuart Everett, 67, with a hammer and sawed his body into 27 pieces.
He then took the body parts in plastic bags across Salford and Manchester on the bus in order to dump them.
Majerkiewicz was sentenced yesterday to serve a minimum term of 34 years. Jurors convicted him of murder last Friday after a three-week trial at Manchester Crown Court.
