It took an embarrassing accident on the 18th hole to discover the solution to my incontinence!

DAVID PHILLIPS was enjoying retired life, spending time with friends and family and playing a lot more golf! However, a horribly embarrassing moment on the golf course left him feeling incredibly low and he lost all his confidence.

“I think we can all get caught out with the odd dribble now and then, but nothing compared to the day I really wet my trousers on the golf course!
“Thankfully it was the 18th hole! One of the guys was taking his shot when Ben came up and quietly said to me, “Dave, I think you've been caught out.” I thought he was accusing me of cheating, but he then nodded down to my trousers. I couldn't believe it, I had a big wet patch. I was mortified.”
“Don't worry Dave,” he said, “why don't you head home and I'll tell the guys that you felt ill, but let’s meet up soon.”
“Cheers Ben.” I said.
“I couldn't get back to the car fast enough. I didn’t want to bump into anyone and I headed home. Carol, my wife, was out for the day, which made it easier for me to sort myself out.”
I was so embarrassed
“I was so embarrassed I didn't really know what to do. I put it to the back of my mind and subconsciously made excuses to not play golf, but to be honest I didn’t want anything so embarrassing to happen again, and I certainly didn’t want to face Ben.”
“Over the next few weeks I avoided going out and was feeling very low. It was so depressing to think that I wouldn't be able to get out and about for fear of wetting myself. At least only Ben noticed, but come to think of it maybe the others had too, but didn't mention it. The embarrassment and shame was really getting to me.”
