CHAMPIONS TROPHY IS PRIORITY FOR DUCKETT
BEN DUCKETT claims England's ordeal in India will be a distant memory if they go all the way in the upcoming Champions Trophy in Pakistan.
Jos Buttler's side have lost six out of seven matches in a baptism of fire for new white-ball head coach Brendon McCullum, right, and go into tomorrow's tour-ending ODI in Ahmedabad 2-0 down in the three-match series.
While the match at the Narendra Modi Stadium is a dead rubber, an England win would give them some momentum ahead of their Champions Trophy opener against Australia in Lahore on February 22.
They also take on Afghanistan and South Africa in the group stage and Duckett wants to be judged on the eight-nation event, despite the team suffering four ODI series losses in a row since the 2023 World Cup.
