Families lay claim to fortune
THE fortune of a wealthy bachelor is at the centre of a High Court battle involving heir hunters, DNA tests and his father's "romantic life".
McDonald Noel moved to London from Trinidad in 1960 and died in 2018 at 84, leaving a £2.7million estate, including a £1.5million house.
But the property tycoon left no children nor a will to pass on his riches. Heir hunters tracked down potential relatives in the UK and Caribbean but a row has broken out over who is his real blood relative.
