TV chef Gordon Ramsay is in typically fiery form as he returns with a second series of his Future Food Stars show on BBC One.
Each week, 12 entrepreneurs are split into teams and set a culinary challenge, whether that's organising a banquet in a Scottish castle or serving pizzas in a Welsh pop-up, all to see who has what it takes to win a megabucks investment.
You see, the 56-year-old is offering the hopefuls a massive £150,000 of his own money.
The series kicks off with the contestants, who all run different food-based businesses, heading to Glenapp Castle in Ayrshire.
There, the Scottish star tasks them with creating banquets celebrating his homeland.
Throughout the series, the competitors must prove to Gordon they can cope under pressure with one person eliminated at the end of every programme. And for the winner, the prize doesn't only include the investment but access to his amazing team and infrastructure.
