Ex-councillor charged over 'honeytrap'

A FORMER Labour councillor appeared in court accused of blackmailing ex-Tory MP William Wragg.
Oliver Steadman, 28, was charged with one count of blackmail and five of improper use of public electronic communications. He was not required to plead yesterday at Southwark Crown Court.
