The Blues are in touching distance of a sixth European final since 2008, and the head coach wants to make a “statement” by landing the only pot to elude them.

UEFA’s third-ranked competition is a far cry from Chelsea’s Champions League wins of 2012 and 2021. But West Ham did not scoff at the chance to lift it two years ago - and Maresca is not devaluing it either.
