Coroner's warning after lawyer overdosed on sedatives bought online

MEDICATIONS bought online pose a "grave danger", a coroner has warned after the death of a lawyer.
Dr Kimberly Liu, 40, was found unresponsive by her husband at home in February 2023.
For four years before her death, Dr Liu had been repeatedly buying sedatives online, an inquest heard.
She died after taking a cocktail of prescription-only medicines she had bought from websites.
Assistant Coroner Ian Potter has now written to Culture Secretary Lucy Frazer, warning about the dangers of the unregulated websites used by Dr Liu.
