Actress blames nerves as she leaves players guffawing
CELIA Imrie’s hilarious gassy moment on The Celebrity Traitors has been hailed TV gold by fans - as the show notched up a series high of 6.9 million viewers.
The other contestants howled with laughter when the 73-year-old actress passed wind on Wednesday night.
And when host Claudia Winkleman, - who was in the middle of welcoming them to their latest mission - asked what had happened, Celia played a trump card.

The Thursday Murder Club and Bridget Jones star admitted: “I just farted, Claudia. It’s nerves, but I always own up.”
Some TV experts are now suggesting Celia's scene-stealer could be a contender for the next Bafta Memorable Moment award.
