Le Bris’ believers show they are up to scratch as they pick off Cherries
HIGH-FLYING Sunderland will head to Anfield on Wednesday bullish about their prospects of inflicting another damaging defeat on the champions.
There is a collective belief running through Regis Le Bris’ squad right now which turns the impossible into possible.
It is that same inner strength which sounds so simple in the same way that footballers reel off words like spirit, and togetherness as factors in a good run.
But Sunderland are the living embodiment of such labels.
The increasingly-impressive Le Bris (below) took a bunch of players who were virtually strangers just four months ago and has fashioned them into a band of brothers.
And somehow he has developed a system where even those on the fringes feel as involved as the regulars, evidenced by the impact of Sunderland's subs this term.
