Britain's most unwanted dog finally finds a home

THE nation's loneliest dog has finally found a forever home after spending five years being overlooked in kennels by potential new owners.
German shepherd cross Mason has rejected thousands of times as rescue centre bosses despaired for their "very special boy".
Mason, eight, thought to be Britain's most rejected pooch, was discovered abandoned, painfully thin and mistrustful in 2019.
He learned to love again thanks to the patience of Hilbrae Rescue Kennels but still nobody wanted him.
Bosses launched a fresh appeal to find Mason a home last month, leading I'm A Celebrity star and former Loose Woman Vicky Pattison, 36, to share his plight with her 5.5 million Instagram followers.
