In his case, they're contacts who carry some clout, judging from the call he makes at the start of this show. "Santa, hi, it's Lord Sugar here," he announces to the famous old fellow on the end of the line. “I wonder if you could do me a little favour.If I were Santa, I'd be wary. What sort of favour might this be? Is Lord Sugar hoping to shift a pile of Amstrad PCW 9512 word processors he's had gathering dust in a lockup since 1986? Or a stack of those funny phones of his, on which, thanks to the little builtin keypad, you could actually tap out a whole email, often in less than a month? Turn
