600,000 disabled OAPs will lose winter fuel cash

LABOUR is facing fresh fury over winter fuel payment cuts after it emerged around 600,000 disabled pensioners will still miss out.
A report published by the Government on Friday revealed more than a quarter of the two million OAPs set to lose the allowance are disabled.
All older people will receive the payment of up to £300 this year after it was axed for most pensioners last year in a deeply unpopular move.
