A WOMAN has been fined in court for landlord offences relating to a property in Carmarthenshire.

Nesta Urquhart was prosecuted by licensing and registration body Rent Smart Wales, which regulates the rental sector.

A spokeswoman for Rent Smart Wales said it had been investigating reports of noncompliance relating to a property on Norton Road, Penygroes, near Cross Hands, for some time.
