The state government has taken up Tirumalgiri Sagar mandal as a pilot project to resolve land issues in the state

Nagarjunasagar MLA Kunduru Jaiveer Reddy said that the Nagarjunasagar constituency and Tirumalgiri Sagar mandal have been crucial in the implementation of the Bhu Bharati Act.On Saturday, as part of the awareness seminars organized on the Telangana Bhu Bharati Act (Land Rights Act) 2025, he attended the awareness seminar organized in Tirumalgiri Sagar, Nagarjunasagar constituency as the chief guest.

He said that there are all kinds of land-related problems in Tirumalgiri Sagar mandal, including assignees, government lands, 6th FR lands, Inam lands, and EP lands. Keeping all these in mind, the state government has taken up Tirumalgiri Sagar mandal as a pilot project to resolve land issues in the state. He said that it is happy to solve the problems here and implement the Bhu Bharati Act across the state by taking this mandal as an example. He said that a survey has been going on here for about 10 months to resolve land issues, and the revenue administration has worked tirelessly and taken the initiative to resolve land issues, and he thanked them on this occasion. He said that although the survey is still on-going, there are a small number of problems and he hopes that they will be resolved soon.
