Must be aware of the Bhu Bharai Act : Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu

Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu suggested that farmers should have a complete understanding of the Bhu Bharati Act, newly introduced by the state government with the aim of solving land problems. He called for widespread discussion in the villages on the issues of this act and to create awareness among fellow farmers.

On Friday, the Collector participated in the Bhu Bharati Act awareness seminars organized separately at the farmers' forums in Nadilli and Mopal mandal centers of Dichpalli mandal along with Additional Collector Kiran Kumar. On this occasion, the Collector explained the benefits of the Bhu Bharati Act to the farmers through a power point presentation on each topic.

The Collector explained that the Bhu Bharati (ROR) Act - 2025, which was formulated by the government with the aim of resolving land issues, was gazetted in January and the government introduced this law on April 14, incorporating comprehensive aspects. It was advised that farmers with land

issues should apply through the Bhu Bharati portal within a year. He said that after the awareness seminars, the officials will organize villagewise seminars in the first week of May and receive applications.
