CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, the world's leading real estate consulting firm, on Monday announced it has launched 2025 CSR initiatives under the 'Ek Pehal' program, focusing on migrant construction workers' families.
The initiatives focus on improving the lives of migrant construction workers and their families through targeted support in healthcare, education, nutrition, and slum infrastructure development across major Indian cities, according to a report released by CBRE.
In collaboration with reputed NGOs like Bal Raksha Bharat, Ritanjali, Blood Connect Foundation, and others, the program will impact over 1.5 lakh lives in 2025, the report stated.
As part of the partnership, the NGOs will be working country-wide to implement the initiatives focused on improving availability and access to quality health, nutrition, and early child education for migrant labourers and their families across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Lucknow, and Kolkata.
These initiatives are strategically aligned with key UN Sustainable Development Goals, reinforcing CBRE's long-term commitment to community empowerment, dignity, and social equity.
