CRACKS in the NATO alliance are glaringly clear. Belgium, as the holder of most of Russia's frozen assets suddenly reneging on an alliance understanding to use the interest on Russia’s 180 billion dollar frozen assets to finance the defence and rehabilitation of Ukraine, is crack number one.
Secondly the Baltic straits under the control of Denmark and Sweden continue to allow Russian oil to be transported out of Russia with impunity.
