Julius Malema vows to appeal court ruling after firearm conviction

Malema and his former bodyguard, Adriaan Snyman, were charged after video footage showed a rifle being handed to Malema, who then fired shots into the air at the packed Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane in 2018 during the party’s fifth birthday rally.
