Markus Jooste’s death remains an enigma

DEATH or disappearance by design? Assassination or assisted suicide? It is my suspicion that Markus Jooste, the former CEO of Steinhoff International, never committed suicide.

The alleged suicide was a grand scheme orchestrated for him to disappear and escape accountability, obviously with the assistance of corrupt law enforcement officials and high-powered politicians.

A recent police source disclosure that there was still no post-mortem or morgue number and a startling revelation that there is no proof of the weapon used corroborates my suspicions.

Jooste was fined R475 million by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority for accounting fraud whereby he manipulated and systematically siphoned millions from the government's pension fund.
