THE Madlanga Commission of Inquiry is expected to continue with its work today after a short Easter break.
Jeremy Michaels, the Commission's spokesperson, said 49 witnesses have testified over 84 days of hearings to date.
The Commission has yet to announce the next witness.
On the last day before the break, Deputy Chief of Police for Asset Protection and Security Services at the City of Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD), Deputy Commissioner Revo Spies, testified about the infiltration of municipal governance by criminal syndicates.
