Menopause for thought

I DO hope you enjoyed World Menopause Day. What? You didn't know it was even a thing? Where have you been these last few years?

- SUSAN LEE

I honestly thought October 18 would have seen you celebrating by slipping into your special meno-friendly undies before sipping on a specialist herbal brew and chugging down some midlife friendly supplements (wild yam extract, anyone?)

Next, you surely popped on your bracelet containing 'cooling technology' and smart ring to track your biometric data before doing some exercise to get rid of that meno belly fat?

And of course you won't have forgotten the thickening hair mask, anti-ageing moisturiser and meno-friendly makeup before you stepped out the door.

Alright, perhaps not you sir (although each to their own) but, judging by a quick poll of my mates, not many midlife women bought into the day either.
