U'S BOSS HARRIS PRAISES STRIKER AFTER LATE PENALTY SEALS WIN
CAMBRIDGE United boss Neil Harris described his side's 2-1 comeback victory over Crewe Alexandra as their "best performance of the season" so far.
The U's battled back from a goal down to claim all three points in dramatic fashion at the Abbey on Saturday. Emre Tezgel gave the visitors the lead early in the second half before Mamadou Jobe levelled eight minutes from time, with Ben Knight netting the winner from the penalty spot deep into stoppage time to complete the turnaround.
The result moved United into the League Two playoff places, with the win leaving them sixth in the table, on 29 points from 18 matches played.
