Driver arrested after his car alerted police

A MAN has been arrested after crashing into a roundabout.

The car crashed into the roundabout on the A141 just outside of Brampton at around 11.30pm on Wednesday (January 21).
Police were alerted after the driver’s car sent an automatic alert that it had been involved in a collision.
Officers attended and said they found that the driver was wanted by the Metropolitan Police in connection with two other offences.
