Noise concerns over shop's booze licence bid
Caernarfon and Denbeigh Herald
|November 05, 2025
A SPECIALITY coffee shop's bid for a licence to sell alcohol has sparked concerns over the potential for noise to affect residents in Caernarfon.
Reuben’s Coffee House, which also has outlets in Holyhead and Bangor, has applied to Cyngor Gwynedd for a premises licence at a unit on High Street.
A planning application was submitted earlier this year and a further application is yet to be considered.
Although the premises licence is recommended for approval, the application states it would only come into effect once planning matters were resolved.
