The approvals were granted during the February 26, 2026 Credit Committee session led by SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa, covering projects of Dreamland Homeowners' Association, Inc. (HOAI) in Barangay Tubigan, Biñan City, Laguna, and Bogoville HOAI in Barangay Quiot, Cebu City.

The ECMP forms part of the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., which is being implemented by the DHSUD under the leadership of Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling.

With these latest approvals, SHFC has now approved a total of 38 ECMP projects across the country, further extending access to secure and affordable housing for low-income families from both the formal and informal sectors.
