Last week, Año filed a complaint for Unlawful Use of Means of Publication and Unlawful Utterances under Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act. Also against the respondents.

Villalon Jr., Romeo Rommel Bobares, Gil Navidad Jr., Anselmo Taberdo, Walter Manalansan, Joely Cadiao, Rommel C. Galapon, Cecilio Larroder Jr., Bernard Gumban, Crisanie Dado, and Fidel Corpuz.

Lawyer Levito Baligod, who serves as their counsel, was also named as respondents in both complaints.
