Webster winners raised new hope of surviving drop

FEBRUARY

The month began with a dull goalless draw away to Barnsley but it was not dull behind the scenes as Alex Bannon, Billy Bodin, Ben Whitfield, Jack Cooper-Love and Danilo Orsi all followed Elliot Watt out on loan.

Rumarn Burrell was on target again at home to Blackpool but it felt a real kick in the teeth Albie Morgan equalised for the visitors in the 94th minute.

Then, although Fabio Tavares scored a late equaliser, injuring himself in the process, two even later goals gave Bristol Rovers a 3-1 win at home. They had been looking like one of the teams Burton might be able to catch, so it again felt pivotal.
