No awards do for Tigers ahead of last-day worry

HULL City have cancelled their Player of the Year awards evening after losing to Derby County on Saturday.

The Tigers dropped into the bottom three when Nat Phillips’ header six minutes from time condemned them to a 1-0 defeat.
That has now prompted Hull to axe their end-of-season shindig, with sponsors having been informed earlier this week that it would not be taking place.
