£88m deal to boost homes across region

TRENT & DOVE AGREES TO NEW FINANCE PACKAGE WITH LLOYDS

A NEW £88 million finance package has been agreed between Lloyds Banking Group and Trent & Dove to support the delivery of affordable homes and community investment across the region.

The deal will help Trent & Dove enhance, maintain and build more affordable homes across East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire, while also supporting long-term plans to improve living standards and invest in local neighbourhoods.

The social housing provider, which owns and manages more than 6,500 homes, will use the funding to continue maintaining high-quality properties, develop new homes and deliver neighbourhood projects.
