Seloma leads economic awareness, eager to change young lives

FRESH from an enlightening trip to China, Baba Seloma of the Young Urban Women's Movement returned with renewed determination to educate young women about their place in society, the historical roots of South Africa's economy, and the importance of challenging oppressive systems.

Recently, a group of young women gathered at a local museum for an eye-opening educational session. The day began with a powerful address by Seloma, followed by a guided tour of the museum's exhibitions, all anchored in the understanding that preserving cultural heritage must not come at the cost of adopting foreign ideals.
