Blackpool won't bring in players for the sake of it

Blackpool head coach Ian Evatt says conversations are taking place as the Seasiders look to strengthen their squad for the second half of the season.

The Seasiders are short in several areas and need to boost their squad in both size and quality. They had previously recruited players for a 4-4-2 shape before Evatt's October arrival brought a focus on wing-backs.

That switch and a bad run of injuries have brought a lack of depth in some areas of the pitch.
