Almost 100 homeless children in Blackpool were living in temporary accommodation as of June, new figures show.

Meanwhile more than 172,000 children were in this situation across England, a record high.
New figures from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government show 99 children in Blackpool were homeless and living in temporary accommodation at the end of June-up from 84 a year earlier.
Across England, 172,420 children were in this situation.
