Knife-wielding thugs in daylight robbery at café

Balaclava-clad teenagers armed with knives robbed a coffee shop in Blackpool town centre.
Staff were threatened at knifepoint after the young thugs burst into Mug Life Crisis in Topping Street at around noon on Wednesday.
They demanded cash from the till and ransacked the place, breaking furniture and damaging cakes.
The coffee shop was forced to close for the day while Crime Scene Investigators examined the scene. It had reopened yesterday.
Lancashire Police were approached for comment.
