Fylde make progress in national competition after Keswick win

Fylde Hockey Club are through to the second round of the National Mixed Trophy competition after a convincing 6-2 win over Keswick.

Fylde fielded three of the club's top scoring players in the shape of Harry Gordon, Sophia Melling and Megan Wildish and they all contributed to the scoreline.

Gordon scored in the first minute with a reverse strike and then later added another two goals.

Wildish also hit a double, one of which came from a short corner.
