UNAI Emery admits Villa needed their recent winning run to build confidence after a tough start to the season.

Villa secured a third straight victory in all competitions on Thursday and will look to make it four when they welcome Burnley to Villa Park tomorrow.

Emery said: "It was very important (the win against Feyenoord). Firstly, because we are getting confidence and feeling stronger collectively and individually in everything we are working on, and the results help it.
