A GLOBALLY renowned motorcycle marque is poised for major expansion following a wave of Indian investment that will generate hundreds of positions across the West Midlands.
Norton Motorcycles' headquarters in Solihull
Advanced manufacturing firm TVS Motor is set to pump £250m into Solihull to bolster its Norton Motorcycles operations.
Almost 7,000 positions will be established nationwide, with 567 of these landing in the West Midlands, following a series of agreements the Prime Minister secured during his Indian visit this week.
A total of 64 Indian investors have jointly ploughed £1.3bn into British enterprises spanning sectors including engineering, technology and the creative industries.
