A SECOND shop has been closed down in a matter of days for selling illegal goods in a Midland town centre.
-
First Ezee Shop in Bolebridge Street, Tamworth, was last week handed a three-month closure order for repeatedly selling illegal and suspected counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco.
Now The Vape Shop, inset, also known as Tamworth Mini Market in Victoria Road, has also been ordered to close for three months "to safeguard the public and prevent ongoing criminal activity linked to the premises".
Tamworth Borough Council said its officers found illegal and suspected counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco products being sold.
