Mum fears child 'at risk' after school's data leak

A BIRMINGHAM school is at the centre of a data breach after it accidentally leaked the personal information of hundreds of its pupils.
Furious and concerned parents at Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst were sent text messages from the school apologising for the data breach on Monday, September 8.
The Cooks Lane school said it had accidentally shared a spreadsheet which contained student names for children in Year 7 to Year 11, their sex and date of births, along with parents’ contact numbers.
A mum at the school said that she’s worried her child is now “at risk”.
