DELAY AS BARRISTERS FAIL TO ATTEND ATTEMPED MURDER SENTENCING
A JUDGE expressed his frustation after deciding he could not sentence a newlywed couple who tried to murder their step-mum.
Wasif Hussain, 21, and Nabela Tabassum, 19, wore Poundland animal masks as they ambushed Arifa Nazmin at their home in Midhurst Road, Kings Norton on Monday, January 29 last year.
The unemployed couple resented her over complaints they treated the home like a 'hotel' and did not wash up properly.
