Huge rises in thefts of Toyota, Nissan and Jaguar cars

POLICE are warning owners of three popular car models that they are being increasingly targeted by criminals.
-
Ford is by far the most commonly stolen car brand, while thefts of Toyotas and Nissans have also surged.
Owners of these makes of car are being advised to be cautious and consider stepping up security measures.
Almost three times as many Fords are taken than any other car.
