House prices leap as much as 112%

HOUSE prices have risen by as much as £265,000 in parts of the West Midlands over a 12-month period, new figures show.

Data was analysed from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), looking at medium house prices in March 2024 and March 2025.

Birmingham areas featured five times on the top 10 list for the West Midlands, including taking the first spot.

Meanwhile, Solihull, along with the Black Country boroughs of Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton, also featured in the list.

The findings were compiled by Online Marketing Surgery and BLG Development Finance.
