LUXURY APARTMENTS AT 'SUNBEAMLAND' SITE NOW READY FOR RENT
WIND the clock back 100 years and luxury apartments would have been a booming factory turning out top end bicycles and motorcycles.
The tall brick building in Paul Street, overlooking Wolverhampton’s ring road, was once part of Sunbeamland.
The area was named after the cluster of factories that rose up as part of the Sun-beam motorcycle works.
John Marston set up the company on Paul Street, close to Wolverhampton city centre, in 1887.
