CITY MUM STRESSES HER OWN DAILY 10-MINUTE RULE TO STAY ACTIVE

A BIRMINGHAM mum seen on billboards across the UK has spoken about her daily “10-minute” rule to keep active.

Jemma Yoloye, aka DJ Mystikle Blue, is among the 13 women being celebrated as part of a new nationwide campaign, This Girl Can 2025.

The proud mother has worked hard to “carve out” her place in a male-dominated industry - and is the only woman to have won the West Midlands King of the Decks title.

But amid a busy personal and professional life, she says she always makes time for “at least 10 minutes” of exercise to stay healthy.
