Bath's historic fire station could be replaced with a new base as Avon Fire & Rescue Service develops plans to modernise the site and improve emergency response in the city.
A community consultation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, allowing residents to view the proposed redevelopment and share their feedback. The drop-in event will run from noon to 7.30pm at Bath Fire Station on Bathwick Street.
The new station is designed to enhance operational efficiency, support prevention efforts, and better serve the public. The project forms part of Avon Fire & Rescue Service's (AF&RS) wider commitment to upgrading facilities across the region to meet the needs of contemporary firefighting.
