Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow has urged Thai influencers and travellers to respect the laws and cultural norms of countries they visit, following a recent incident involving YouTuber "Jack Papho" that sparked public anger in Japan.

Jack Papho faced backlash after posting a video of himself dancing shirtless on the roof of a car near a Lawson convenience store in Fujikawaguchiko, a popular viewing spot for Mount Fuji. The clip quickly went viral and drew widespread criticism from Japanese media, which described the act as disruptive and embarrassing for Thailand.
Mr Sihasak said he was concerned that such behaviour could damage Thailand's reputation abroad.
