Reigning champions Buriram United will take on local rivals BG Pathum United in their second match of the Asean Club Championship (Shopee Cup) at Pathum Thani Stadium today.
Buriram head coach Osmar Loss Vieira and defender Theerathon Bunmathan attend a pre-match press conference.
The Thunder Castle began their title defence with a 1-1 draw against Malaysia’s Selangor, while Pathum defeated Vietnam's Cong An Ha Noi, runners-up to Buriram in May, 2-1 in Group A.
Buriram defeated Bangkok United 2-1 to maintain their perfect start to the Thai League 1 season at the weekend, while Pathum lost 1-0 to Chiang Rai United.
