Pianist Nat Yontararak set to tour Europe
Bangkok Post
|September 17, 2025
Distinguished pianist Nat Yontararak is on a historical music mission to bring Thai soft power to world-class audiences across three European countries and also Thailand during “Siam Sonata: Musical Tour Through Thailand 2025 By Nat Yontararak” from Sunday until Oct 3.
Held in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, Thai Beverage and Thai Airways International, this is a new concert tour by the piano virtuoso who has created musical phenomena on world stages for the past 35 years with his acclaimed piano recitals.
A piano sonata that weaves folk melodies from Thailand's four regions into a contemporary Western classical, Siam Sonata has touched the hearts of international audiences with 102 performances in 16 countries worldwide since 2002, elegantly showcasing the identity and spirit of Thailand.
This year, the concert will be elevated to new dimensions — infusing music with sight, taste, scent and sound, allowing international audiences to immerse themselves more deeply in the charm of Thailand.
