Oil prices declined last week as investors pondered mixed economic indicators in the US, as well as a new push by Washington to end the war in Ukraine, with a summit between the US and Russian presidents set for this coming Friday.

The threat by President Trump to double tariffs on India to 50% if it does not stop importing Russian oil also weighed on the market.
West Texas Intermediate crude fell $2.67 to $65.40 to close at $65.40 per barrel. Brent lost $3.47 to $67.88. Thaioil forecasts WTI this week will trade between $63 and $73, and Brent between $65 and $75.
