SAMUT SAKHON: A 26-year-old woman was arrested and over 7,000 counterfeit phone cases seized during a raid at a factory in Samut Sakhon’s Krathum Baen district, police said.

The raid, carried out by Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) police, followed a complaint about sales of counterfeit mobile phone accessories including cases with fake trademarks of well-known brands.
Chutikarn (surname withheld), 26, was detained during the raid at the unregistered factory and charged with possessing counterfeit goods for distribution.
More than 7,000 phone cases with fake trademarks of major brands such as Apple and Casetify were confiscated. Also seized were screen-printing machines and imported goods likely to be of low quality.
Police said the fake goods were intended for sale at stores and online platforms and urged consumers to avoid them.
